Color coated roll is a new type of building decoration material, composed of substrate and color coating. Color coated rolls have the characteristics of light weight, easy transportation and installation, diverse colors, and beautiful appearance, making them an ideal building decoration material. The substrate for color coated coils is generally galvanized steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate and other metal materials, while color coatings are polyester, acrylic ester, silicon modified polyester, and so on.
Color coated roll is a product made from hot-dip galvanized sheet, hot-dip aluminum zinc sheet, electroplated galvanized sheet, etc., which is subjected to surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, followed by baking and curing. It is named after colored steel coils coated with various organic coatings of different colors, abbreviated as color coated coils.
